Many of the participants showed enthusiasm to present their case studies. The presentations and learning discussions contributed greatly to their learning of management skills with actual case examples. Participants from the institute of higher learning found the learning techniques and learning activities most interesting and useful. Apart from learning management skills they also discovered teaching-learning activities and processes that were more participative and effective. The participants showed their eagerness to go back and apply what they have learnt in their own organizations at the end of the session on the 10th May 2009.
